Professionelle Teams aus Sozialp\u00e4dagogen und Pflegekr\u00e4ften begleiten die Beg\u00fcnstigten. Die Lebensqualit\u00e4t, die Selbstbestimmung und die individuelle Entfaltung auf dem Lebensweg jedes Einzelnen stehen im Vordergrund unserer Arbeit.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alignwide wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere Teams gehen auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Beg\u00fcnstigten ein, indem sie ihnen aktiv zuh\u00f6ren und sie beobachten. Sie geben ihnen die n\u00f6tigen Mittel, um ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse zu befriedigen. Wir pflegen eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen unseren Teams, den Familien und externen Partnern, um die Menschen mit Einschr\u00e4nkung optimal zu begleiten. <\/p>\n<\/div><figure
